Roasted Garlic and Macadamia Oil Bread Dip

If you are entertaining this weekend, you should try this Macadamia Oil Bread dip, easy to slap together and has a fantastic taste




Here is what you will need:

2 Whole garlic heads + Macadamia oil for roasting

1/2 cup of Nonnetjie's Macadamia oil

1 tsp of onion powder

1 tsp of dried organum

1 tsp of crushed chillies

Freshly grounded Salt and Pepper to taste

Bread for dipping


Here is what you need to do:

  1. Cut the tops of the garlic heads off, pour a little Macadamia oil over, cover in foil and bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 min

  2. When the garlic has roasted, gently remove all the skin and throw the garlic cloves in a mixing bowl

  3. Then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix very carefully

  4. Dip your bread and enjoy all the Garlicy goodness
